My Journey

So Far....

I have been on my own self discovery path for well over 18 years now. This has included intensively studying, practicing and teaching Taoist Arts (Tai-chi, Kung Fu, Meditation, Qigong and Taoist yoga) for six years, which are the foundations of my spiritual journey and practice.

Something missing for me in my Taoist practice was the sexuality side of my spirituality. Having always felt 'orgasmic' (sexual) energy moving up my spine in my practices, I wanted to better understand this energy more. I find 'Chi' energy is much more subtle, quiet and gentle. Whereas sexual energy (Jing) is much more alive, awakening and powerful enough to literally take your breathe away.

This is what led me into exploring Tantra, where I trained and graduated in Tantra massage. I was honoured to be part of the 'Tantra Massage Training' team for over four years, where I assisted and held space for group and private trainings, group workshops and retreats. I was also in apprenticeship with my Tantra Teacher Gayatri Beegan for four years between 2020 - 2024.

I also have the pleasure of being the Head of the Care Team at 'Emergent Eros Retreat' held at Osho Leela, Dorset in 2024 and 2025, created by Gayatri and my trauma teacher Catherine Hale.

I also run and host the 'Bristol & Southwest Tantra and Conscious Sexuality Meet-up Group', where we offer devotional and lovingly held events for connection, exploration and sharing of Taoist and Tantric practices.

What I am offering....

The focus of my intimacy offerings are around creating, cultivating and expanding life force (sexual) energy, alongside education, healing, connection, pleasure, intimacy and unconditional love. Discovering new, balanced and healthy ways of being in alignment with your body, sexuality, sensuality, heart and soul to experience deeper connection and intimacy with yourself and others.
